The external website I need to complete the lab seems to be blocked, what can I do?
Sadly, we don't have control over the external websites linked with our labs.
If you can't access these from your organization's internal network, we advise seeing if your organization is filtering/blocking that particular site, as they might then be able to allow access to it.
Or, try searching for a different tool or website. Sometimes, there are different ones available, and we merely link good examples in the labs.
You can also, try using a different network, or mobile device to access the site (if appropriate).
Sometimes, links get broken or updated from the external website, blocking the access. In these instances, please raise a ticket to the Customer Support Team, and we'll have this looked at for you ASAP 👍🏻.
