I’m having trouble connecting to the labs, is there anything I can do?
Yes! Firstly, we have a great section in the Help Centre that gives guidance on troubleshooting labs. In here, we include a link to a really useful online tool to check if Web Sockets are support on your device.
Here are some other things you can try, which may help:
- Clear your browser cookies
- This issue may occur if your network is filtering any of our servers. See our system requirements guide for a comprehensive allow-list of domains
- Try using Chrome (unless you already are, of course)
