How do I access all labs required to complete a collection and earn the badge?

If you are not able to access all the labs in a collection, unfortunately, you'll not be able to earn the badge demonstrating completion of the entire collection. This is due to your license, which might mean you don't have access to certain content. 

You'll always be notified that this is the case, and you will see a blue banner alerting you of the reason you can't access all the labs will be displayed above the collection. 

If you're an enterprise customer, we recommend reaching out to your Immersive Labs Admin, who may be able to allocate you the correct license.  

If you're using one of our free platforms, such as Cyber Million, this unfortunately means that you won't be able to earn this particular badge.
