Community ManagerI have completed several labs in a collection, but my progress still shows as 0%
Can this be anything to with labs being "development labs"?
There are a number of reasons why this is happening.
1. The most likely, is that in the collection you are completing, it contains a 'demonstrate' lab. If a demonstrate lab is present in the collection, then the percentage will only change on completion of this one lab.
2. And if it doesn't contain a demonstrate lab? This might be a bug, and we would love to hear from you, so that we can investigate it further. If you raise this as a ticket to the Customer Support Team, and include the name of the collection (and screenshots, please include these!), we can look into this for you 😊.
