EC2 Instance Deployment Issue in "IAM and EC2: Instance Profiles" Lab - Permission Problems

I am having problems completing the EC2 instance deployment in the "IAM and EC2: Instance Profiles" lab.

I have followed the steps exactly several times but I cannot get it to deploy, it always returns the same error.

You are not authorized to perform this operation.
