Trick or Treat on Specter Street: Ripper's Riddle

Hello Immersive friends,

For this particular lab and for Q1 I'm not actually sure if I'm following the instructions correctly? So when running - 'Hashcat' I get the below hashes, but I would like to think that I am meant to be cracking the file - 'sha512-practice.txt'? so the hash would be 'sha512'?

So when I use John the ripper as on the command line below, with the path that has the wordlist.txt and the name of the file I get the error message as on the screenshot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
