I have tried so many ways of scape rbash without success, that I don't know how to advance.
Tried to enable bashes
create variables and try to execute via find
source, exec, etc but problems with "/"
I need a hint.

From memory the account is limited to use rbash...so you don't have to escape rbash, you just have to escape the very restrictive rbash that is configured.

As a starter, how about:
helpdesk:$ find . -name . -exec /bin/ps -aux \;
That should hopefully get you pointed in the right direction, though there's still some digging and further work to do... 😎
