Before you can apply to the roles in Cyber Million you need to complete all 140 labs in the Defensive Security Operations career path. Exercises include:

- Operating systems
- SIEM and log analysis
- Defensive cyber tools, such as Splunk and Wireshark
- Cybersecurity frameworks, such as MITRE ATT&CK®, OWASP, The Kill Chain
