Speakers:

Jemma Davis - Jemma Davis is a leading Cyber Behaviour and Culture Transformation Consultant and the CEO of Culture Gem, an award-winning platform providing innovative compliance training. Through Culture Gem, she helps companies simplify complex compliance challenges, making training accessible and impactful for all. Jemma is dedicated to empowering people and businesses to build stronger security cultures by fostering safer digital practices and ensuring compliance is integrated into everyday operations.

 

James Riley - James Riley is Senior Talent Partner working for Immersive Labs, a leader in people-centric cyber resilience. He is also one of the founders and directors of BSides Bristol, an inclusive cybersecurity conference that has run for 2 years with over 40 speakers from UK and beyond and over 500 attendees. James loves to share his knowledge around career growth and building your personal brand, having recruited within the cyber space for 7 years and helped numerous people secure their dream roles, whilst paying it forward by giving talks and advice to students and career changers to help them project the skills they need to secure their first cyber roles. He's also a massive film buff and music lover and enjoys creative writing in his spare time, having penned a number of horror fiction short stories he hopes to publish one day.

 

Aimee Lewis- Aimee is an Awareness and Culture specialist at BT Group, where she has worked since 2020. Aimee focuses on creating a positive security culture and ensuring that it is part of the company's DNA. With a very squiggly career, Aimee studied English Literature at Cardiff University, with a focus on modern literature. Once out in the world of work, Aimee  found herself in the world of Cyber Security and with a new challenge to overcome. Aimee is a strong believer in bringing creativity to every role and has a strong belief that even in Cyber Security – creativity is key.

 

Amy Kwong- As a Junior Cyber Security Engineer at Immersive Labs, Amy is at the cutting edge of people-centric cyber resilience. Amy interned at OVO Energy, where she worked tirelessly to make information security more accessible within the corporate landscape. ***** participated in Cyber Million, completing an impressive 140 modules to enhance her cybersecurity skills. This dedication ultimately led her to her current role as a Junior Cyber Security Engineer. Amy is not only passionate about continuous learning but is also committed to advancing cybersecurity education.
