The Norwegian one at least has a sign you can read. Solving that last one with zero visible signage is straight up wizard-level.

Bronze IIIAbout the Norwegian one... I ended up researching Norwegian newspapers on the Internet about that specific area :D. But indeed, the one from Rwanda (without the main clue) would be very difficult to solve, in my opinion.
