The Norwegian one at least has a sign you can read. Solving that last one with zero visible signage is straight up wizard-level.

About the Norwegian one... I ended up researching Norwegian newspapers on the Internet about that specific area :D. But indeed, the one from Rwanda (without the main clue) would be very difficult to solve, in my opinion.

Another clue about the last lab in this collection: if my memory serves me correctly, the road where the photograph was taken starts in Kigali and runs through the west of the country, from north to south.
I suggest you start at the southern end, near the border with Burundi: can you identify common features along that road, kilometer by kilometer, that will allow you to pinpoint the exact location to complete the lab? :).
