I can log into the FTP server OK, so it would appear to be a you issue - sorry 🙂
Assuming you have the username and password correct, the only thing I can suggest is to bear in mind the format required for the username as indicated in the lab.

Bronze IIIYeah - it's not that obvious really but record #8 from the flight logs is probably the closest - try switching to satellite view and you might be able to make out the remains of a runway. Should be a fairly straightforward google search to find out the name.
