I can log into the FTP server OK, so it would appear to be a you issue - sorry 🙂
Assuming you have the username and password correct, the only thing I can suggest is to bear in mind the format required for the username as indicated in the lab.

Could you please guide me in right direction for last question, I don't think the last question has anything to do with FTP server and content found in it. Tried almost everything, and not getting anywhere. 😅
