I can log into the FTP server OK, so it would appear to be a you issue - sorry 🙂
Assuming you have the username and password correct, the only thing I can suggest is to bear in mind the format required for the username as indicated in the lab.

Bronze IIThanks for the reply Barney, you are right, it certainly was a Layer 8 issue.
Managed to get past it, though the coordinates was a real head scratcher also!
