Once you've added the binary in the correct location can you start the service manually?

From memory I don't believe the server requires a restart to start the service...

Would that mean, that all that is needed is just supply an exploited binary on the service path, and wait when it starts up?

Thank you neemu! Actually that's all it took! When I wanted to do it with sc it denied me the access, but it allowed via gui services.scm.
Nope, err #5, access denied. I also can't reboot due to the same problem.
