      oreofeadejumo123_​ I just got this back:

      It sounds like the VM isn't loading for them, which is usually due to a network issue on their end.
       
      A few things for them to check - 

      1. They are using a supported browser (https://support.immersivelabs.com/hc/en-us/articles/7949133591057-System-Requirements-Guide)
      2. Ensuring that they are using a device with a screen resolution size of 1920 x 1280 pixels or above (basically not a tablet or mobile device)
      3. Checking that their browser zoom is set to default.

       
      If all of that checks out, then what I'd next recommend is for them to sign out of the platform, clear their browser cache, reset their browser, then sign in and try again. 
       
      Finally, if that doesn't work, they can try disabling any VPNs and trying the lab again in an incognito/private window.
