Generally, blue banners will include some details regarding why they are present, and we have three types that we use:
- Banners for news and updates
- Banners reporting planned outages or issues
- Banners that indicate you don’t have access to all the labs
This last one is what you are seeing and, as you have correctly said, indicates that your account lacks the necessary license to view the content. In this case, you will need to speak with your Immersive Labs Admin, as they will be able to determine what licenses you have and what additional licenses would be needed should you need to complete the additional content.
If you are the Admin, and wish to know more about the licenses, then please reach out to your Customer Success Manager who will be able to help, or raise a ticket with Customer Support who can put you in touch with the right person to discuss.
