Hints/answers in immersive

There is an AI assistant available, the blue icon near the exit button on upper right when in the lab (see screenshot below).
Now, I didn't use it myself so can't say how useful/helpful it is.

You can also ask more specific questions on this forum or just go to your preferred search engine or AI assistant and see what you can find.

Hi hakaruna​. You can ask your questions here! If you create a new help post with the Lab Title as your post title and then ask the specific questions about that lab, Community member might be able to help you. Failing that, I can get one of our team to give a hint.
