Hmm, I wonder if this is a browser issue? Have you tried opening the lab from a different browser at all, ideally Chrome or Firefox if you have either installed to your device?

Equally, if you can provide me with the display name affiliated with your platform account, can you share this with me so I can just check which licenses you have?

    Hi Chris, I have tried in different browsers and Firefox is my default browser. Also I found weird that no one else has finished this specific lab, all of the other labs of the path shows people that already finished those labs so it is something probably general. Not sure if the below image shows my display name?
