Error when adding a user on the platform
When I try and add a user on the platform, I get an error. It is worth noting this user has a different email domain to our usual one, would this affect adding them? Thanks!

Hi Kit!
Adding a user with a different email domain other than your company's primary domain would pose an issue. However, this can be resolved!
I recommend creating a support ticket where our customer support team can add this new email domain to the allow-list for platform invites. Hopefully this helps!
