In this case, you seem correct that your issue is related to Standard Logging being off, as evidenced in your screenshot. This would prevent the task from completing as expected.To resolve this issue, I recommend proceeding with the creation of an entirely new distribution instead of editing the current one you have created. When you go to do so, I might also recommend that you navigate to the older version of the "Create Distribution" page as shown in my screenshot below, as this will allow you to more straightforwardly follow the steps of the task as they are provided, and will also allow you to ensure Standard Logging is enabled:
