Thank you for the question! Returning users will land on the Launchpad by default - however they should click the Applications button in the Menu bar to be directed to the specific Job Assessment that's been assigned
Don't see the Applications button at the top of your screen? It may mean that the Menu is collapsed at the upper-right hand corner of your Screen! If this is the the case, you'll see Applications under the nested Menu

Great question! Here are some ideas that come to mind
The invitation email for the assessment may land in the Junk Mail/Spam folder.

- Please be sure to check your Junk Mail folder on a daily basis!
While taking the assessment, you may encounter an issue where the scoring tracker is overlayed over the last answer of the multiple-choice selections.

- You should change the Zoom on your browser to adjust the viewer so you can select any answer without conflict:

- Zoom in: Press Option-Command-Equal Sign (=)
- Zoom out: Press Option-Command-Minus Sign (-)
- Windows Machine:
- Zoom in: Press Ctrl and +
- Zoom out: Press Ctrl and -

Concerns about accessing the Assessment if you don’t take the Assessment after the first invitation

- You’ll receive a reminder after a couple days! Click “Get Started” link in the reminder email
- If you receive a message that the invitation is invalid or expired just review emails from Immersive Labs and click on the link contained in the *newest* email.
- If you have already setup access, then go directly to the Sign In page instead of the “Get Started” link:https://us.immersivelabs.com/signin
