Can you tell me why I am seeing the page that says ‘You are not licensed to view this content’?

This is the default page that a user seed for a couple of different reasons, but indicates that this account is not yet licensed for certain content. This may be because of the following:

• Your organization may wish to delay your access to the content, or maybe all of the license seats have been taken
• You have been invited to Immersive Labs as a Screening Candidate. In this case, you won't have a license but simply navigate to your assessment through the nav-bar at the top of the page

In any case, if you're still unsure why you're seeing this, reach out to your Immersive Labs administrator, or raise a ticket with the Customer Support Team, who can investigate and fix this on your behalf.
