Can I merge or transfer my Immersive Labs points from my old account to my new one?

We are unable to merge two accounts or their points, however, we can move your old account and points over to your new organisation. This does require you to consider the following:

• The account in your new organisation will need to be deleted along with any points you have currently earned, so that we can replace it with your old one.
• Before we can move the account, we need both your old organisation and the new one to agree to the transfer. An email from the Immersive Labs Admins of both organisations is sufficient.

If that all sounds good and is approved, then all we need then is your new and old email address of the two accounts, and we can make the transfer that day!
