Join our community with your existing Immersive One accounts

Our Community uses Single Sign On (SSO). To login or register in the Community, you use your Immersive One username and password. 

If you already have an Immersive One account, follow these steps:

1. In the top-right corner of any Community page, click Sign In.
2. On the Sign In dialog box that appears, click the Customer Sign In button associated with your region. Your region is based on the geographical location of the data center where your Immersive platform is hosted. You can determine your region from the URL that you use to access Immersive:
   • EU: immersivelabs.online
   • US: us.immersivelabs.com
3. Follow the prompts to log in to Immersive. You are returned to the community.
4. Provide a username and accept the Community Terms of Service.
