    Hi KieranRowley​.

    I spotted my mistake, my resources in my policy weren't correct (e.g. I had duplicates as below).
    "arn:aws:s3:::arn:aws:s3:::aws-ssm-eu-west-1/*"

    When I corrected this, everything worked ok.
