Strangeness with SSO?
A update was pushed yesterday which has hopefully resolved this issue. I'd appreciate any feedback to the contrary.
Hi autom8on thanks for raising this here.
It sounds like you're experiencing the symptoms of a UI bug that has been reported and a fix is underway for.
This is happening as the community UI isn't quite catching up to reflect your signed in status, when you are in fact signed in.
Instead of clicking sign in and going through the authentication loop you describe, try refreshing the page, or navigating elsewhere on community (we find clicking on events has worked!)
My best advice is to trust that you are signed in when you have come via SSO.
I apologise for the inconvenience of this, but I am pleased to say a fix is on the way.
Thanks for the explanation. I clicked the like button, but it didn't show up until I refreshed the page - perhaps that's part of the same bug? I shall just make sure I hit refresh a lot and ignore the "Sign In" bit if I see it post sign-in in the future... ;-)

Yes, as Tilly mentioned, there is a known issue impacting a number of users (myself included) where the UI doesn't reflect the fact that you are signed in, that includes when you try to like or reply etc.
We have found that clicking on different pages and articles can force the UI to update, but sometimes it can take a few goes.
We are really sorry about this, hopefully it will be resolved soon and doesn't impact your enjoyment of our community too much.
