How do I join the community?

If you are going to be a regular visitor or want to be a contributing member of the community, we highly recommend registering. Registering lets you take full advantage of the community and enables you to:
- Post new messages and reply to other member posts
- Receive email when someone responds to a specific post or topic
- Post comments on blogs
- Personalize your community experience
If you don't register, you can only browse, search for information, and read posts. You won't be able to engage with content, interact with other community members, or set customization preferences.
To register with the community:
If you already have an Immersive Labs account
1. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Sign In
2. On the Sign In popup, click the Customer Sign In Button for your region
Note: Your region is based on the geographical location of the data centre where your Immersive Labs platform is hosted. You can determine your region from the url that you use to access Immersive Labs:
EU - https://{{SubDomain}}.immersivelabs.online
US - https://{{SubDomain}}.us.immersivelabs.comIf in doubt, we recommend that you try the EU region first, and if that doesn't work, you can always try the US region.
3. Follow the prompts to log in to Immersive Labs
4. You will be returned to the community where you be asked to provide a username and accept the Community Terms of Service
If you do not have an Immersive Labs account
- In the upper-right corner of the page, click Sign In.
- On the Sign In popup, click the Register & Sign In Button
- Click the Register Now link
- Provide a Username, Password, Email and accept the Community Terms of Service
- Check your email for a confirmation email and click the activation link.
Note: You must have cookies enabled in your browser to register and to sign in the community.
Note: When registering a new account, you must validate the email address to have your community account fully registered. Until you validate the email address via the link provided in the confirmation email, you are only partially registered.
