Great article, JennyLam   I really like point number 3. It's so important to have a briefing session beforehand to address any questions so the exercise can get off to a smooth start on the day.

    This one often gets overlooked - I love queuing up the briefing session along with the Team Sim scheduling, that way it doesn't get forgotten!
