Reflections from the First Few Weeks in The Human Connection

Welcome to October’s edition of the community newsletter! 

It's hard to believe it's been less than three weeks since we launched this exciting community. The response has been fantastic, with many new members immediately diving into discussions to support each other in navigating the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape.

Expert Insights

Our subject matter experts, including BenMcCarthy , KitHudson , JennyLam and EllaBendrickChartier, have been busy sharing their knowledge and analysis on recent cyber threats and vulnerabilities. Ben provided timely updates on multiple CTI Labs, Ella and Kit kicked off a regular series of compelling blog posts about recent vulnerabilities and threat actor groups while Jenny shared her pro tips for achieving success with Immersive Labs.

Peer to Peer Support

One of the core purposes of The Human Connection is to provide a platform for practical support and problem-solving. True to this mission, our help and support forums have been buzzing with activity.  It’s great to see members actively engaging with each other and with Immersive Labs experts to troubleshoot challenges, share solutions, and learn from shared experiences!

Connecting at Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit

Last week The Human Connection extended its reach beyond the digital realm with a presence at the Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit. Tilly enjoyed meeting with many of you and discussing the benefits and vision of the community.

Cybersecurity Awareness Results Month

October is Cybersecurity Results Month, and The Human Connection is geared up to celebrate. Keep an eye out for opportunities to participate in Immersive challenges including our Haunted Hallow Labs and The Puppet Master's Revenge Crisis Sim. Plus we will be hosting our first exclusive community event: a practical workshop which will help you to turn crisis sim ideas into reality.
