How to Search

The Human Connection Community offers a unified search experience powered by a powerful AI-driven tool that searches across all community and integrated sources including community & help center articles, discussions, events and people all in one place.

Additionally, the community provides a lot of tools to make searching easier.

Start your search by typing in the Search bar or the magnifying glass icon at the top of every page. As you type, you might see some search results suggestions.

If none of the auto-suggestions look like what you need, run your search. This will scan for results across the community and the Help Center. Results are displayed on the Search results page.

You can use the top bar to filter your search criteria to the following:

All Content

All content in the community and the Help Center, including forum discussions

Help Center

Provides comprehensive guidance on using Immersive One, including how to get started with the platform, step-by-step workflows and how-to guides, release notes, Frequently Asked Questions documents, troubleshooting assistance, and lab content catalogues.

Community

All types of community content, including SME-guided articles to help you succeed with Immersive One, peer-to-peer support forums, events, product updates, challenges and community notices.

Events

Upcoming and past events. We record the majority of our community webinars, so you can catch them on-demand whenever you like.

Users

You can search for community users by username. When you click on a community user’s profile, you can see and navigate to all of their contributions.

You must be signed in to your community account to access the users search.

You can also refine your search futher:

  • You can filter by source of content, e.g community, help center, events or users
  • You can search on popularity, relevance or date created
  • You can filter by category, e.g Getting Started or Cyber Million
  • You can search for results that have been tagged with specific key words e.g Feature Focus or Help & Support

Tips & Advanced Searching

If you select “Advanced Search” you can increase the accuracy of your search results by narrowing the scan. You can search for the exact phrase, search with one or more words, to exclude words and use a wildcard search. This might be useful if you don’t know the exact spelling you are looking for.

* = wildcard for multiple characters

? = wildcard for one character

Make sure to look through existing forum threads to avoid duplicating topics. You might find your question has already been answered!

Why not give it a try now?
