Season 1 Finale Terms & Conditions
1. Immersive
We are Immersive Labs Limited, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom, with registration number 10553244 and registered office address at The Programme, All Saints’ St, Bristol, England, BS1 2LZ (we, us, our, Immersive).
2. Introduction
Since its launch on November 4, 2024 (the Challenge Start Date), the Human Connection Challenge: Season 1 on the Immersive One Platform has featured monthly lab challenges exploring specific tools and disciplines related to OS, Scanning, Web Exploitation, Linux, Windows, Thick Client Applications, and Active Directory (collectively, the Challenge).
Previously, participants achieving top rankings in “First to Finish”, “Fastest to Complete”, “Most Accurate”, and “Most Persistent” have been awarded limited edition challenge coins.
These terms and conditions govern entry into the “Season Finale”, a continuation of the Challenge running throughout May, where exciting prizes are available for Participants to win.
3. The Competition
The Challenge features 7 labs. Successfully completing each lab during the Competition Period will grant the Participant one entry into the Prize Draw (the Competition). Therefore, completing all 7 labs will result in 7 entries.
The maximum number of entries per Participant in the Prize Draw is 7. Completing any single lab more than once will not grant additional entries.
The Competition Period runs from the Challenge Start Date until 11:59 British Summer Time (BST) June 1, 2025 (the Competition Period). Entries after this time will not be accepted.
The Competition is available to Participants at no cost.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry to the Competition.
We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so (to be reasonably determined in our sole discretion).
We reserve the right to disqualify any Participant we reasonably believe has violated these terms and conditions, attempted to manipulate the Competition, or engaged in any activity deemed unfair or disruptive.

4. Eligibility
The Competition is open to all registered users of the Immersive One Platform using a license assigned to them by a paying customer organisation and who are 18 years or older (a Participant). For clarity, users accessing the Immersive One Platform via a Cyber Million license or any other non-paid subscription are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
A Participant may only complete the Challenge using one Immersive One account. Multiple account entries are not permitted, and a Participant will be disqualified from the Competition if they make multiple entries using different accounts.
Entry into the Competition is subject to the Participant’s compliance with these terms and conditions.
5. Prize Draw
Participants who complete the Competition will be entered into a prize draw and will be eligible to win a prize (the Prize Draw).
For every lab successfully completed in the Challenge, Participants will gain an entry into the Prize Draw. The winners and prize allocation will then be determined at random, meaning more completed labs equate to a higher chance of winning.
The winners of the Prize Draw will be drawn on or around June 2, 2025.
6. The Prize(s)

Each Participant is eligible to win only one prize.
All prizes will be paid for by us. Official notification of a prize win, including details of the prize awarded, will be sent to the winning Participants via email to their registered email address within 7 days of the Prize Draw.
Our designated third-party partner, Reachdesk, will manage the allocation of prizes. Winning Participants will be notified via email and instructed to follow a link to the Reachdesk platform, where they can select their prize.
For the Grand Prize winner:
- You can select which customer summit you would like to attend by notifying us via email.
- Once we’ve confirmed which customer summit you would like to attend, we will email you the ticket as an e-ticket.
- We will arrange accommodation and send the booking details to you via email.
- The USD 2,000 cash voucher to cover flights will be managed through Reachdesk. You can use the voucher to book flights with any of the airlines listed on the Reachdesk platform.
- You are responsible for any expenses exceeding the USD 2,000 provided for flights to attend the customer summit.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have all applicable documentation, such as a valid passport and any necessary visas, as well as adequate travel insurance, to attend the customer summit in your chosen location. We will not be responsible for any issues arising from your failure to secure these requirements or any associated costs.
- You may be invited to take part in promotional activities, such as interviews and video recordings for our social media platforms, provided you give your explicit consent at the customer summit.
The winners of the Apple AirPods or JBL Headphones will select their preferred choice via the Reachdesk platform.
Winners can choose to donate the cash equivalent of their prize to a charity listed on the Reachdesk platform.
Winners will be notified of their prize via email. To claim their prize, winners must respond to the notification within 7 days of receipt. If a prize is not claimed within the 7-day period, it will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to conduct up to two subsequent random draws to award the prize. If, after three random selection attempts, a prize remains unclaimed, the equivalent cash value will be donated to a charity of our choice.
Once a prize has been claimed by responding to our notification, winners will have 3 months from the date of that notification to redeem their prize on the Reachdesk platform. Failure to redeem the prize within the 3-month period will result in the donation of the equivalent cash value to a charity of our choice.
Prizes are subject to availability and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other forms of credit. There is no cash alternative for a prize, and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
We shall have no liability if a Participant is unable to accept the prize for any reason, including, without limitation, loss or damage during delivery. Winners experiencing issues with prize delivery are advised to contact Reachdesk support.
7. Help and Support
Participants are encouraged to utilize the Immersive Labs Help & Support Forum, accessible via the Human Connection Community, our platform for discussion and peer support.
Walkthrough guides are available for Participants who encounter difficulties with labs 1 through 6. These guides can be found on the Immersive Labs Community Blog, accessible via the Human Connection Community.
8. Data Protection
We will process your personal data for the following purposes related to the Competition and prize fulfilment:
- Platform Access and Challenge Participation. Your name, email address, IP address, and username will be used to enable you to securely log into the Immersive One Platform and facilitate your participation in the Challenge.
- Prize Draw Entry. Your name and email address will be used to enter you into the Prize Draw.
- Prize Notification. If you are a winner, we will use your name and email address to contact you. We will also share a link to the Reachdesk platform so you can redeem your prize.
- Winner Announcement. If you are a winner and are also a member of our Human Connection Community, we will use your Community username to announce your win on a Human Connection Community post, provided we have your consent.
- Grand Prize Winner.
- Customer Summit Ticket. Your name and email address will be used to email you so that you can confirm your preferred location, and so that we can share your e-ticket.
- Flights. You will need to share personal data with the airline you select to book your flights. This will include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, and passport information. You will share this information directly with the airline, and it will not be accessible to either us or Reachdesk.
- Accommodation. Your name, email address, and phone number will be used to arrange your accommodation for the customer summit.
- Optional Promotional Activities. At the customer summit, you will have the option to provide additional personal data for promotional activities, subject to your consent at that time. We may also ask you to contribute to blog posts or other social media posts, provided we have your consent.

Reachdesk will process winning participants’ personal data as necessary for the sole purpose of prize fulfilment. This processing will include, but may not be limited to, your name, email address, and delivery address. 9. General
Immersive’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Competition, including but not limited to eligibility, rules, results, and prize allocation, are final and binding. We will not enter into any correspondence or discussion concerning any decision made in connection with the Competition.
Insofar as is permitted by law, Immersive will not under any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss occurring because of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of Immersive, its agents or distributors, or that of their employees. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to exclude, limit, or restrict the statutory rights of Participants.
Immersive reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or cancel the Competition or any part of it at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it unavoidable. Any such changes will be posted on the Human Connection Community.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Immersive and the Participant regarding the Competition and supersede all prior understandings (whether oral or in writing).
Any provision of these terms and conditions found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these terms and conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
