I have allready shared a Badge on LinkedIn, there was somthing like a "PopUp" to Click. But how can i share other Badges? There comes no "PopUp", when earned a new Badge.

Please can you click your Profile Picture > Settings and check if Let other people see my details is checked in your profile.
Once you have done that, you should be able to share your badges.

But my badges are not clickable, and my Career paths are also not clickable.

I have just checked and you are correct, I can't click my badges either. Please let me investigate
