I forgot my password, but I haven’t received my password reset email.
What can I do?

If you are not receiving emails from us, this may be caused by your organisation's email filtering blocking our emails from getting through. I would start with reaching out to the team that manages your company email system and asking them to check, and possibly allow Immersive Labs emails, so that this doesn’t cause any further disruption.
But what about my password and access to my account? We can help! All you need to do is raise a ticket with our Customer Support team, and they will be able to help you reset your password and access your account, you’ll be up and running in no time.
