How can I reach the Immersive Labs Support team for help?

Our customer Support team is always happy to help and contacting them is easy, however, in the first instance it is worth checking here in the Community to see if this query has been answered before. If not, and you still need to speak to Customer Support, then you can raise a ticket through our Help Centre!
On every page of the platform you will see a question mark (?) and by clicking on this you can open the Help Centre in a separate tab, then simply click on 'Contact Customer Support'.
Once you've raised a ticket, you can keep track of it (and all of your tickets) by clicking on your profile and navigating to 'Requests'.

Remember, in order to get the quickest resolution, make sure you include as much detail as possible, including steps taken and screenshots/video (if applicable). The more information you give, the quicker we can get you back to making yourself Cyber Resilient!
