From the platform, can you see the '?' icon at at all near the top-right corner of the screen? If so, can you click the option 'Help Centre' and from there click the link "Contact Customer Support" from the top of the page?

If you can then fill out the details of the issue, that will come through to us in the Support Team as a ticket that we can assist you with. You're welcome to address me in the ticket (Chris K) and I can pick this up to help. 

For any reason, if you can't see the Help Centre or the link to the Customer Support page, please email the issue to mailto:[email protected] and we'll pick this up for you there. 

Once we receive this, we'll check your account to make sure you have access to the correct licenses to view the content, and we'll review the assignment to make sure you have the correct access to this.
