Hi there! My name is Jessica, and I'm a Customer Success Manager here at Immersive Labs based in the Annapolis, Maryland, area (Go Blues! 💙 ⚽ 🦀). I've been in Customer Success for about a decade, and simply put my favorite thing about my role is helping people solve problems! I'm always down for a good brainstorm or strategy session.

When I'm not at my desk, you can find me hanging out with my colleagues in the office! Meet my team:
