There seems to have some issue for target2 to run use "exploit/windows/local/service_permissions" (Msf::OptionValidateError The following options failed to validate: SESSION. [*] Exploit completed, but no session was created) 

Even if to manual enumerate using powerup or winpeas or exploit_suggester, does the kali box have these tools to upload into target 2?
