A flowchart shows how the Hackathon was divided into five main phases. The first step was communication. Next came setup, which involved registration and team-building exercises. Then, participants had the choice of either following the main event, or doing the Swisscom Experience Labs. Next, participants were categorized into Beginner, Expert RED, and Expert BLUE levels, where they collect points. Finally, the top 10 teams in each category (Team Challenge and Experience Challenge) proceeded to the final stage.
