Hello Immersive Community!
As we close out a pivotal 2025, I want to take a moment to thank this community. Your candid feedback, drive for innovation, and sometimes tough questions are the fuel that drives our product engine. Witnessing you all leverage our Immersive One capabilities to move from generic "training" to running large scale cyber resilience programs has been the highlight of my year. I am also incredibly proud of the some of the recent launches - from the AI Lab Builder, to the CISO outcome oriented Programs, to our practical labs on Secure AI. We are not done yet though, we want to fundamentally transform how you experience our platform (for the better!).
Looking ahead to 2026, our product strategy is laser-focused on solving the biggest challenge you’ve shared with me: proving value. We are doubling down on Evidenced Resilience. Expect to see a major evolution in our reporting capabilities, moving from activity metrics to board-ready dashboards that prove risk reduction and ROI. We are also investing heavily in AI-Powered Adaptation and Unified Guided Outcomes. Our goal is to take the friction out of the user journey - giving you a personalized experience that guides your teams from their first login to verified resilience, integrated seamlessly into the tech stack you already use.
Our endeavor is to co-create the global standard for proving cyber readiness with all of you. We need you. Please keep challenging us, keep sharing your wins (and your frustrations), and let’s build something game-changing together!
